A little music lesson with Kindness

Kindness is the name Adam Bainbridge chose for himself when he decided to venture out as a solo artist into the world of music in 2007.  His music is not quite funk, not quite electro pop.  After a stint on scholarship at the Philadelphia Institute of  Advanced Study and studying photography in Paris , this British musician  has continuds to evolve as a producer , songwriter and performer. His fans have called him a “one man disco funk project”  ,”hunky and funky” as well as “a well-dressed spaghetti strand.” He now divides his time between London and Berlin.

Perhaps only a musician with who goes by the moniker of Kindness could have made the inventive and amiable  video that starts with a gentle monologue concerned about the sociology of pop music.   “House” is  from his recent release called World,You Need A Change of Mind (probably a reference to Girls,You Need A Change of Mind by Eddie Kendricks, Motown ’73). It’s a sweet instructional to start your week.  But it’s a teaser when it come to hearing the whole song, so after the video check out the song in its entirety on Soundcloud below:
